- I need to make a change to my order, how do I action this?
Please email us to advise of the changes wanting to be made within 24 hours of purchase. In the subject line of your email place your order number and name. Please note, our dispatch goal is to have the goods out within 2 business days so any changes cannot be made once it has been handed over to the courier driver.
- I placed an incorrect order, how can I fix it?
Please email info@kaichromes.com to advise of the error and we will try our best to fix it for you. This is just a request only. Each resolution is on a case by case basis.
- My order is late?
If your order is late and you have contacted the courier with no resolution. Please email info@kaichromes.com' and we will assist to resolve. Our main priority is you so we will do our best to have it sorted in a timely manner.
- The item I received is wrong or I am missing an item?
Please email 'info@kaichromes.com' with your order number and details on what is wrong or what is missing. Our response time for these type of complaints are 4 business hours.

Do you ship to my country?
- We currently ship locally and worldwide.
What are you shipping times?
- Local orders take 4-8 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
- International orders take 7-27 business days to be delivered & we ship within 2 business days.
- Shipping timeframes might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please note we do not offer express freight as with COVID delivery time frames are uncertain and we would much rather maintain delivery expectations than be let you down with unrealistic freight times.
Shipping cost:
- Domestic orders within Australia:$9.99 per order AUD (Tracking provided).
- International orders $19.99 per order AUD - tracking provided.
Where can I track my order?
- Once ordered are dispatched, you will receive an email entailing which courier we have used for your delivery and tracking details. Please contact the courier choice directly for all enquiries.
- We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Afterpay & PayPal.
- If you would like to pay upon pick up (Please ensure this is organized prior to arrival) - We accept afterpay, cash and have an eftpos terminal on site.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email info@kaichromes.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Kai Chromes will send you return label to send the goods back.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please note our return policy does not cover general wear and tear, fading of emblems as we are very transparent about loss of colour vibrancy for prolonged sun exposure.
